Indonesia’s Recycling and Bio-based Plastic Sector

Low density polyethylene is a thermoplastic made from the monomer ethylene. LDPE have soft, flexible, lightweight plastic material and noted for its low temperature toughness, and corrosion resistance.

High-density polyethylene (HDPE) is a thermoplastic polymer produced from the monomer ethylene. HDPE is used in the production of plastic bottles, corrosion-resistant piping, geomembranes and plastic lumber.

Acrylonitrile Butadiene Stirena is a copolymer consisting of three different types of monomers resulting from the polymerization of acrylonitrile and styrene with polybutadiene.
